Lighting was a key aspect of the design concept. We sourced suspended light fittings to add the finishing touch to the interior, together with approximately 30 linear metres of strip and track lighting. To ensure every team member is comfortable, all workstation lighting was strategically positioned for even light distribution across all desks. Finally, floor boxes offer neat data and electrical management for the workstations and communal areas.

The small, narrow footprint of the space presented a number of challenges throughout the build. We had to work to precise timeslots to allow all other trades to enter the space. Additionally, core holing through a concrete slab was required for cable infrastructure, and building codes presented complex fire-rating considerations. The result is a productive office space with a detailed degree of electrical workmanship throughout.
