Brougham Street

Brougham Street Townhouses was a project of threes. This boutique property development consists of three adjoined three-level townhouses. Each townhouse has three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms.

The build budget was $1 million, and our team managed all electrical workmanship and procurement from quality wholesalers. Even though we were only a one-man operation at the time of this project, we had the connections, resourcefulness and project management skills to scale and meet all timeframe expectations, while also maintaining the project’s profitability.

This project won the South Queensland Master Electricians Residential Project of the Year, with the judges commenting on our high level of organisation with other trades, leadership, quality of workmanship and industry-leading attention to detail.

“As a small construction company, we work very closely with many different suppliers and contractors, but there are only a select few that we consider to be part of our extended family. Kory and the crew from Blackout Electrical Solutions always seem to go above and beyond, both in their approach to the projects at hand, and to the relationships they hold with all that they work with. We know we can always count on Kory to deliver exceptional service and workmanship. Always.”
