An extensive renovation ushered this humble cottage into the current era with a contemporary interior and sophisticated electrical finishes.
Working closely with the architect and builder, we installed a lighting scheme to complement the warm industrial aesthetic throughout. LED can lights illuminate exposed brick feature walls, while warm white LED strip lighting is affixed to exposed steel beams.
For functionality, a Clipsal automation system allows the occupants to control, dim and schedule internal and landscape lighting via their phones and tablets. Underfloor heating is operated via a touch screen, and recessed floor boxes in the polished concrete floors discreetly furnish the home with power, data and audio-visual connections.
