We were invested in this project for the entirety of its 11-month construction. From the installation of its five-metre property pole until handover, our team took a proactive role in planning and installing this home’s impressive suite of electrical fittings and finishes.
The internal living space is more than 550 m2, with more than 300 light points and 90 power points. The Clipsal Wiser Room Bluetooth system supports the home’s electrical ecosystem, allowing for control of lighting to the garden and communal living zones, as well as the underfloor heating system and heated towel rails to the bathrooms. Other quality finishes to this residence include remote-controlled Somfy roller shutters to the bedrooms and Clipsal Iconic switches throughout.
Our end-to-end involvement in this project enabled its seamless execution. The builder engaged us during the planning stage, which allowed us to oversee lighting design with Caribou. This approach streamlined design and procurement, resulting in a smooth installation process.
